About Dr. Mihir Faldu
Dr. Mihir Faldu is a Board-Certified Internist with over 14 years of experience caring for adults and seniors. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a BS in Biochemistry and graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his time at UNC, he graduated at the top of his class and received the prestigious Merck Index Award for academic excellence.
He went on to earn his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine at the prestigious University of Florida Health (Shands Hospital) in Gainesville, FL. After residency, Dr. Faldu fell in love with Florida’s sunshine and community and decided to establish his roots here.
Following many years in a hospital-based setting, he developed a passion for building stronger, long-term relationships with his patients while focusing on prevention and wellness. This led him to open his own primary care practice in Oviedo, where he strives to provide accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive care to the surrounding communities. He has a particular interest in Geriatric Medicine and enjoys caring for older adults with complex medical needs.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Faldu enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He loves exploring local nature trails, playing tennis and pickleball, visiting Orlando’s theme parks, traveling, and making frequent trips to the beaches near Titusville and Viera to spend time with extended family.
Dr. Faldu has privileges at Oviedo Medical Center, Orlando Health, Advent Health and all HCA facilities.
Kirshline is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida and eight years of diverse nursing experience. Originally from Florida, she has always had a strong commitment to improving the lives of others through compassionate, evidence-based care.
She began her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and is a proud member of both the Florida Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association. Kirshline is passionate about partnering with patients to support their health goals, prevent chronic illness, and promote long-term wellness through holistic, personalized care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and godson.
Kirshline Fleuristal, APRN (DNP)
Alexia is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and is certified by the NCCPA. She brings over four years of prior patient-care experience and completed clinical training in primary care, urgent care, general surgery, and emergency medicine, with additional exposure to cardiology, endocrinology, and behavioral health. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on prevention, patient education, and chronic disease management. Alexia is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society. A Florida native, she grew up in Orlando, where she currently resides. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s certification in Anatomical Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
